1. About AR Watch PPF

AR Watch PPF provides precision pre-cut protection film designed for luxury watches. Our products may be prepared for specific watch brands, models, references, case sizes, surfaces, and configurations.

Because many of our products are model-specific, customers should carefully verify compatibility before completing an order.

2. Product Selection & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct:

  • Watch brand
  • Watch model
  • Reference or model number, where applicable
  • Case size
  • PPF kit, template, or product option

Please review your watch details carefully before placing an order. Different references, generations, sizes, or configurations may require different PPF patterns.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility information, prices, and other website content accurately.

However, minor differences may occur in product appearance, packaging, screen colors, photography, or presentation. Product information may also be updated when required.

AR Watch PPF reserves the right to correct errors, update information, or modify product details where necessary.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. An order may be subject to payment confirmation, product availability, verification, preparation, and other reasonable checks.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, stock limitations, technical problems, or other legitimate business reasons.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency presented at the time of purchase and may be updated without prior notice.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the final order total before completing payment.

Payments must be made using the payment methods available at checkout. Orders may not be prepared or dispatched until payment has been successfully received or confirmed.

Any bank fees, card charges, currency conversion charges, payment-provider fees, customs charges, taxes, or similar third-party costs may be handled separately where applicable.

6. Order Preparation & Model-Specific Products

Many AR Watch PPF products are prepared specifically for particular luxury watch models.

Once an order has entered preparation, cutting, packaging, or dispatch, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible, especially where the product has been prepared specifically for the selected watch model.

Customers should confirm all product details before completing checkout.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times shown or communicated by AR Watch PPF are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, customs procedures, local regulations, public holidays, weather, transportation delays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information, including recipient name, phone number, shipping address, and any other required details.

AR Watch PPF is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided shipping information.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are generally the responsibility of the customer.

9. Installation & Use

AR Watch PPF products are designed as precision pre-cut protection film, but successful installation depends on correct preparation, handling, alignment, and application.

Customers should follow the recommended installation instructions and ensure the watch surface is properly cleaned before installation.

AR Watch PPF is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper handling, unsuitable tools, contamination, stretching, misalignment, incorrect placement, or failure to follow the recommended application procedure.

10. Installation Errors

Refunds, replacements, or warranty claims may not apply to issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect application
  • Misalignment
  • Dust or debris under the film
  • Installation bubbles
  • Overstretching
  • Applying the wrong piece
  • Removing and reinstalling the same film
  • Damage caused by tools
  • Improper storage or handling

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Returns Policy.

Eligible return or refund requests should be submitted within the applicable return period and must meet the requirements described in that policy.

Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval. Each request may be reviewed according to the condition of the product, order details, supporting evidence, and applicable policy terms.

12. Warranty

Any warranty offered by AR Watch PPF is separate from these Terms & Conditions and from the Refund & Returns Policy.

A warranty does not automatically cover incorrect product selection, installation mistakes, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, normal wear, or damage caused by external factors.

13. Protective Film Limitations

AR Watch PPF is designed to provide an additional layer of surface protection for a watch.

PPF does not make a watch completely scratch-proof, impact-proof, waterproof, or damage-proof. Results may vary depending on the watch material, surface condition, installation quality, usage, maintenance, and environmental conditions.

14. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, logos, product presentation, graphics, photographs, text, layouts, designs, and other materials associated with AR Watch PPF may be protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, sold, modified, or used for commercial purposes without permission where such permission is legally required.

15. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the AR Watch PPF website, interfere with its normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable laws.
